Advanced Education Programme on

Sectoral specific building of network for advanced training and HRD in Automotive Industry

Admission Requirements:

> University degree or equivalent qualification

Target group:

Middle Management of public and private institutions active operating in the field of the labour market oriented TVET and in-plant personnel development in the automotive industry

Objective:

  • Strengthening of sustainable economic development and employability of young people to poverty reduction
  • Promotion of networking between training demand and training offers of private and public training providers in the automotive industry
  • Understanding and implementation of carbon dioxide reduction & energy efficient technology in the automotive industry
  • Implementation of basic knowledge in business management and marketing in the automobile economy
  • Strengthening of advisory skills in the human resources development

Contents:

  • Exchange of knowledge and experience with HRD experts, training providers in the automotive sector and related institutions
  • Modern “Green technology” in the automotive industry
  • Basic knowledge in business management and marketing for training providers with Certificate European Business Competence* Licence – EBC*L
  • Advisory skills to develop of courses and advanced training

Knowledge transfer and development through:

  • Practical application
  • Group work
  • Discussions
  • Presentations
  • Study tours

> Min. 2 years of professional experience in TVET institutions, companies or Universities

Language:

Bahasa Indonesia/ English

Travelling in Indonesia, International air faire

Costs borne by Germany:

Training in Germany, accommodation, travelling in Germany, scholarship and insurance cover
